Due to the delicate and hygienic nature of jewelry, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and processed.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

In the rare case that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
